Election of the Lord Mayor Lunch - Tuesday 29th September

Welcome glass of Sparkling | Three Course Seasonal Menu | Half a bottle of Wine per person | Substitute your Dessert of a selection of British Cheese 

Join us for lunch at Butchers' Hall following the Election of the Lord Mayor, one of the most significant and historic moments in the ceremonial calendar of the City of London, determining who will next serve the role that has represented the City's global standing and traditions for centuries. 

Guests are invited to continue the day's celebrations with lunch in the distinguished surroundings of Butchers' Hall, 87 Barts Close.

You will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine before being invited to luncheon in the Great Hall. Enjoy a generous three-course menu featuring: 
- Starter: Ham Hock Terrine - pickled vegetables, piccalilli, charred sourdough
- Main: Pork Tenderloin - broccoli, pomme puree, braised shallot, apple sauce, light jus
- Dessert: Citrus 'Circle' - lemon tart, poached grapefruit, citrus sorbet, lemongrass mallow

.....all thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served, accompanied by our signature wines. Dessert may be substituted with a choice of fine British cheeses.

1:00 pm Call for luncheon in the Great Hall - Three Course Lunch served

3.00 pm Lunch draws to a close

3.30 pm Depart Butchers’ Hall
